Some Needs of the Paediatrician

guidance clinics, more child psychiatrists, more psychiatric social workers, more educational psychologists, and more of the many others who contribute in this field. I should like to see more, because there are not enough to do all the work that might be done. But here I prefer to discuss not so much the quantity as the tone and focus of your work in relation to paediatrics; and at the outset I declare my bias, a bias that results from sharming harmoniously with my own colleagues in the child guidance services a climate of opinion that is constantly equable yet pleasantly bracing.
